Terms of service

Who you are contracting with

VideoPixo is a service of 3D Worx BV, registered at Smalvoortstraat 30, 2300 Turnhout, Belgium, company number BE 0765.845.682. Where "we" appears below, that is 3D Worx BV.

By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

What the service does

VideoPixo turns the details and photos of a property listing into a short video. You supply a link or your own photos, we read out the details, you check them, and on your instruction an AI model assembles the script, the images and the video.

The service is aimed at professional users: estate agents, agencies and landlords. We provide it as it is, and we may change it, extend it or discontinue parts of it.

Your account

You sign in with a link in your inbox; there is no password. Keep your inbox secure — whoever can reach it can reach your account.

An account belongs to an agency, not to a person. You may invite unlimited team members; they share the same balance and you remain responsible for what they do with it.

You must be at least 16 and authorised to bind your agency.

What you supply

You warrant that you are entitled to use the photos, data and logos you supply, and to pass them to us to make a video with. That also applies to images we retrieve from a listing at your request: you are the one who knows whether that property is yours.

We do not check this, and we cannot. If a rights holder complains to us, we may remove the material concerned and suspend your account.

Balance and payment

You buy balance, expressed in videos. Balance is only deducted at the moment you actually have the video made; everything before that — adding a property, checking details, picking photos, settings and previews — is free and unlimited.

What you may do with the video

The video you have made is yours. You may use it commercially: on your own site, on social media, in advertising.

The music and voices we provide may be used within the video you make with us, and not outside it. Exactly what belongs to whom is set out in the Intellectual property and AI document.

What we do not allow

There are things you may not do with this service — publishing misleading images of a property, for instance, or using our output to train a competing model. That is set out in the Acceptable use document, which forms part of this agreement.

Cancelling and terminating

A subscription can be cancelled monthly, with one button in your settings. Balance you have already paid for stays valid until its expiry date.

We may suspend or terminate an account on a serious or repeated breach of these terms or of the acceptable use policy. On termination you can still download your videos for thirty days.

If you cancel yourself, we delete your data on the timelines set out in the Privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. Where a change actually affects you, we will say so by email at least thirty days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel within that period.

Governing law

Belgian law applies to this agreement. Disputes go before the enterprise court of Antwerp, Turnhout division, unless the law mandatorily designates another court.
