Data controller

What data we process

• Your account: your email address, and the email addresses of team members you invite.
• Your agency profile: agency name, address, phone number, website, logo, brand colour and disclaimer.
• Agent profiles: name, email address, phone number and photo of the agents you add yourself.
• Billing details: agency name, VAT number, billing address and billing email, plus purchases and use of balance.
• Properties: the link you paste, the details we read from it, and the photos. If people or number plates appear in those photos, that is personal data too — of someone else.
• Videos: the scripts, the processed images and the finished video.
• Technical data: server logs, needed to find faults and prevent abuse.

Why, and on what basis

We process this data to perform our agreement with you: giving you an account, making videos, tracking balance and invoicing. That is the basis for most of it.

For preventing abuse and securing the service we rely on our legitimate interest. For measuring site usage we ask your consent — see the Cookie policy.

For our accounts a legal obligation applies to us.

Photos with people in them

A listing sometimes contains photos showing residents, neighbours, passers-by or number plates. We process that data on your instruction: you decide which photos go into the video.

For that you are the controller and we are the processor. What that means is set out in the Data processing agreement, which applies automatically as soon as you use the service in a business capacity.

Who we share data with

We sell nothing and we share nothing for advertising. We do work with suppliers that are necessary to run the service:

• Vercel — hosting, delivery of the website and bot detection.
• Supabase — database, file storage and sending sign-in links.
• fal.ai — generating and processing images and video.
• ElevenLabs — recording the voice-over.
• Mollie B.V. — payments. We do not see your card or bank details.
• Google — Google Analytics, and only if you consent to it.

Beyond that we only disclose data where the law obliges us to.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some of those suppliers are US companies or process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, the transfer rests on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or on an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

• Your account, properties and videos: as long as your account exists. If you cancel, we delete them thirty days after termination.
• Invoices and accounting records: seven years, because the law requires it.
• Technical logs: twelve months at most.

You can also delete a property or a video yourself sooner.

What we do not do

We do not train AI models of our own on your properties, photos or videos.

We take no automated decisions with legal effect for you. The AI model writes a script and processes images; you decide what gets published.

Security

Traffic runs over TLS and data is stored encrypted. Access to production data is limited to those who need it.

If you find a vulnerability, tell us at privacy@videopixo.be before making it public.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Consent you gave can always be withdrawn.

Write to privacy@videopixo.be; we answer within thirty days.

If you disagree with how we handle it, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.

Age

VideoPixo is a business service and is not intended for children. We deliberately do not create accounts for anyone under sixteen.
