Acceptable use

What this is about
These rules form part of the Terms of service. They exist not to tick a box, but because a property video is a selling argument: whoever sees it makes decisions based on what is in it.
The property must stay the property
Our image processing adjusts lighting, colour, contrast and sky. It does not change the building: no windows added, no cracks removed, no neighbours or furniture invented. That boundary is written into the instruction given to every model we call.
You may not circumvent that boundary either. Images that present a property as something it is not — a garden that is not there, a floor that is not there, damage that has been edited away — may not be made or published with this service.
We record in the metadata of every image that it was processed by AI. Do not remove that.
People in the images
If identifiable people appear in your photos, you must have a valid basis for that. If you deliberately add someone — the current owners, for instance — you need their consent, and you must be able to demonstrate it.
You do not use this service to make images of people doing or saying things they did not do or say, or images of well-known people without their consent.
What is prohibited outright
- Material involving minors in a sexual context. We always report this to the competent authorities.
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
- Material inciting hatred, violence or discrimination.
- Infringing anyone's copyright, trade mark or image rights.
- Using our output to train or evaluate a competing AI model.
- Draining the service by automated means, overloading it, or bypassing its security.
- Supplying properties whose images you are not entitled to use.
Other people's listings
We fetch a page because you give us that link. In doing so we do not disguise ourselves as an ordinary visitor and we bypass no blocks — if a portal refuses us, that is the answer and you supply the photos yourself.
You warrant that you hold the rights to what sits behind that link.
What we do about a breach
Depending on severity: a warning, removal of the material, suspension or termination of your account. For criminal offences we report to the authorities.
If you see something that does not belong here, report it at juridisch@videopixo.be.
