What is ours

The platform, the code, the VideoPixo name, the logo, the templates and the design are and remain the property of 3D Worx BV.

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for as long as your agreement runs. You may not resell the service, imitate it, or detach parts of it.

What stays yours

The photos, data, logos and text you supply remain yours. You only grant us the right to store, process and display them insofar as needed to make your video and deliver it to you.

We do not use your material for advertising, and we do not train models on it.

The video that comes out

The finished video is yours. You may use it commercially, adapt it and publish it wherever you like.

The same applies to the free trial video, with one difference: it carries a small watermark that you may not remove.

What an AI model does and does not give you

AI output is not unique. A model may produce something comparable for you and for someone else, and under Belgian law what a model produces does not automatically attract copyright.

So we cannot guarantee that the output is original, or that no third-party rights attach to it. What you publish, you publish under your own name and on your own judgement.

Music and voices

The music and voices we offer are cleared for commercial use within the video you make with us. Outside it you may not use them: not as a standalone track, not as a voice sample, not in another project.

Social platforms sometimes automatically recognise a music fragment. Such a notice is not a copyright claim; tell us at juridisch@videopixo.be and we will send you the licence evidence.

Reporting an infringement

If you believe material infringing your rights has been published through VideoPixo, write to juridisch@videopixo.be with a description of the work, where it can be found and your contact details.

We investigate every report and remove what does not belong. The user concerned gets the chance to respond.

Indemnity

If we face a claim because you supplied or published material you did not hold the rights to, that claim and the costs flowing from it are yours.
